Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a blissful practice that requires little physical movement and activity.  Props will support you while you lie still on your mat where you will be taken through a full Guided Body Scan, bringing awareness throughout your entire body.

There is nothing to do but sense and feel (and breath of course!).  Guided by the teacher’s voice, you will identify sensations throughout your body and focus on your breath.  

The most observable effect is the extremely deep relaxation of the nervous system by allowing your body to deeply rest and recharge – something usually lacking in our all too busy lifestyles. 

No experience required – everyone can practice – even beginners !
